Murphy-Royal lab opening June 2020 at the CRCHUM

It is a great pleasure to announce that the Murphy-Royal lab will be opening it’s doors at the CRCHUM in June 2020.

We will use the latest in vivo imaging approaches to investigate the roles played by astrocytes in memory formation and how this is disrupted by stress.

As part of the Cardiometabolic and Neuroscience axes of the CRCHUM, we will have a primary focus on how astrocyte metabolism shapes neuronal transmission and plasticity.
